цбр7 июня Центральный Банк России (ЦБР) принял решение об отказе в выдаче лицензии профессионального участника рынка ценных бумаг на осуществление деятельности форекс-дилера Обществу с ограниченной ответственностью «ДилФин Форекс» (г. Москва). По данным ФНС РФ , директором ООО «Дилфин Форекс» является Александр Садовник , учредителями Сергей Осипов, Антон Савельев и Игорь Сивуха.
Напомним, что на текущий момент обладателями лицензий ЦБР на осуществление деятельности форекс-дилера являются три компании, которые, однако, не имеют права на осуществление данной деятельности из-за отсутствия авторизованной ЦБР профильной саморегулирующейся организации.

Финансовый регулятор Белиза «Комиссия по международным финансовым услугам» (IFSC) опубликовал предупреждение о незаконной деятельности компании Thomas Smith, фактически признав данную компанию мошеннической структурой, целью которой являлось завладение средствами потенциальных вкладчиков.
Субъект не лицензируется в соответствии с Законом о IFSC, соответственно, не может предоставлять услуги финансового толка и осуществлять любую финансовую деятельность в рамках международных торговых рынков.
Тем не менее, компания Thomas Smith ссылается, как указывается, на действительную, но по факту фальшивую лицензию № IFSC / 60/310 / IME / 16-17.
